Tracking down Joseph Raynor’s real name (and then his ancestry) is probably the main reason I started this blog -hoping I get information from others who might be researching his family as well. However, I still haven’t turned up anything useful.

Hi, wondering if you have any information on Myrtyle Isabella Raynor – Thinking that she may have been one of the 10 children of Joseph Raynor??? She certainly lived at an address in McIlwraith St, Townsville with someone of that name, though they were not married.
Hi Cate, apologies for the delay in replying to you, haven’t been on this site for sometime (due to work & other stuff). I’m back on the genealogy path now. In answer to your question:
Myrtle Raynor was one of eight children listed as Joseph Raynor’s children on his death certificate, with two deceased (1 female, 1 male). That is a total of 10 children. Joseph’s wife was Mary Jane Raynor (nee Smyth), and the whole family resided at 11 McIlwraith St, South Townsville.
Are you related to the family in some way? If so, send me an email to mudpicker.family@gmail.com (my name is Kim)
